About Me
My path to this work didn't start in a classroom or an energy workshop. It started in the depths of darkness where my own healing began.
I've been in therapy since I was five years old. Like many people who experience trauma early in life, my nervous system spent years stuck in fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. For me, mostly freeze, fawn, and fight. For a long time, life felt like something that was just happening to me. Like I was "walking trauma," I like to say.
I tried everything that was supposed to help. Talking to friends, reading self help books, traditional therapy, different therapy approaches, endless attempts to understand why certain patterns kept repeating. Asking for help in all the wrong places and feeling like I was completely and utterly alone in the world.
Here's what I've come to understand. Talk therapy can be a powerful starting point, and for many people it is exactly what's needed. But when trauma runs deep, talking about it often isn't enough to actually release it. You can understand your patterns completely and still find yourself living them out. You know that feeling when you look at someone and think, "how do they not notice they have this issue?" It's because they literally can't see it. What's stuck is stuck below the surface where conscious awareness doesn't reach. That's the layer my work is designed for.
And on the other side, energy healing and "woo-woo" techniques can open doorways and produce powerful experiences, but how often do people actually move beyond the experience and transform their lives afterward?
Eventually I began discovering modalities that worked deeper and faster. Somatic approaches that addressed what was stored in the body, subconscious pattern work that cleared what my mind couldn't reach, and techniques that released what talk therapy had never been able to touch.
At the same time, my relationship with G-d became the center of the healing process. Not a framework I was forced into, but a living, personal connection. Personal prayer, and inner reflection through Kabbalah, opened a dimension of healing that most modern approaches leave out entirely. This is the piece nobody was teaching me, and it changed everything.
Over time, I began integrating several powerful modalities together:
- • G-d centered somatic work
- • Trauma release and nervous system healing
- • Subconscious pattern clearing
- • Energy techniques
- • Character growth and coaching
- • Prayer and a living relationship with G-d
This work changed my life. I'm talking complete 360. Like you have no idea. Ask anyone who knew me 5 years ago. I almost can't believe my life is real.
Now it's the work I bring to my clients.
Because real healing doesn't happen through talking alone. It happens when we access the deeper layers where the patterns actually live, find the safety to release them, and invite The Creator's love into every piece of it.
